I’m your host Tina. I live next door to the villa which I manage full-time with the help of my daughters Marina, Valeria, Simona and my son-in-law Daniel.
I look after the house and the surrounding vegetable gardens. It takes some effort but I enjoy doing most of it myself apart from cleaning.
I’m an artisan and used to be a professional embroider. I started building this villa with my husband nearly 40 years ago and what then seemed a small project has now turned into a family business. We wanted to create something that would be at harmony with the dramatic rocky landscape and its beautiful coastline. We were inspired by local architecture and rustic southern Italian style, but also wanted it to be unique…
Everything in the villa: the volts, the arches, the ceramics and the woodwork has been handcrafted by local artisans.

Sure, it can be arranged. Just let us know in advance so we provide details of how it works.
Yes there is. Depending on the month we want you to enjoy at least 3 nights here. Some months that goes up to 4 and even 5 in high-season. You can also be lucky and find gaps between reservations when we allow 2-night stays. That's how we roll.
Only a tiny symbolic deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Then 30 days prior to arrival a 15% deposit is due.
Payment is done via Stripe, a popular platform that accepts all major credit and debit cards. It's safe, reliable and excellent for small businesses. (it's like PayPal with less costs for us)
For bookings made via email the same conditions apply. A 15% deposit is due 30 days before arrival.
Last but not least, the remaining balance is due on arrival.
If the booking is cancelled more than 15 days before arrival any paid deposit will be paid back promptly. If it's less than 15 days the deposit is non-refundable. Fair for everyone we think.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the total price. The €3/night per adult is to be paid in cash before check-out.
There are no hidden costs. Weekly cleaning is included and no security deposit is required. Oh la la.

If it's more than 15 days before arrival the full deposit will be paid back within a few bank days.
If it's less than 15 days unfortunately we won't be able to refund you. :(
Usually yes, but it depends.
If you wish to arrive earlier than 3pm or stay longer than 10am on departure date please let us know in advance. Be sure we'll do our very best to accommodate your needs but can't promise anything as we need sufficient time for a thorough cleaning and preparation after previous guests.
“Tina was an amazing host. The villa was absolutely beautiful and exactly matches the pictures and description – the terrace on the roof of the villa was perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Tina was quick to respond to anything we needed and she even organised us a whole boat trip to Capri which was incredible. It was only 30 min drive to sorrento and 40 to positano. Tina and her daughter also recommended lovely local restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing break in the Amalfi coast! Grazie Tina.”

“We were 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) staying in the villa for 6 nights first week of October 2024. This truly is a fantastic villa with a great location, nice terrace/poolarea with an amazing view. It is walking distance to restaurants etc (one local farm restaurant just next door uphill)
Tina is a true superhost that was very quick responding on messages prior our arrival but also during our stay. She also came by a few times during our stay just to check that everything was ok. She has also put together a very useful printed guide over the area with restaurant, shops, beaches and boat-trips etc.”

“Tina and her villa are gems. She was always available to assist us. The villa is clean and well supplied with the essentials. The views are beautiful. We relaxed in the pool after our outings to neighboring towns. We had the best fresh meal at the restaurant a short walk away from the villa. The owner was most courteous and attentive. Tina helped arrange the pizza night and the boat excursion I had read about in previous reviews. Pizza night was delightful and so delicious. The boat outing was beautiful crossing the sea to Capri but perhaps because it was a last minute request lacked amenities.”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at the villa! Great place for a larger group/family. We loved the farmhouse restaurant next door. Tina was an exceptional host, very responsive to any needs we had. Highly recommend the Capri boat trip she helped set up for us! The villa was a little difficult to find, but we had a driver so that helped. We did not have a car for our 3 day stay, but the town was an easy walk and Tina helped with transport to the train station, so it was not an issue. Would definitely stay here again!”
